Terms & Conditions
CANCELLATION POLICY:  We require a minimum of 24hrs notice for any cancelling or rescheduling of appointments to avoid being charged the cancellation fee (cost of your booking). This will allow us time to offer the newly available appointment time to another client. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, we would like to ask that you please respect the time that we have reserved just for you. As we are sure you would understand, we have only a limited number of appointments available each week. Instead of cancelling we welcome you to send someone else along instead rather than incur the cancellation fee.
